Cant make any token follow any other as DM #3

I have an npc token that I want to follow the player and it worked on one scene, but on another I couldnt set them up to follow. However I could command the PC to follow the NPC. Not sure if I am just doing something wrong.

By deleting and remaking all tokens it is working again, not sure what the cause is yet, will let you know if it happens to me again next week.
