Context

To prevent the proliferation of the ground truth data that the evaluation is run against, we should upload this directly to the GCP storage bucket.

Tasks

  • Ensure @rhoadesScholar and @yuriyzubov have access
  • Assist with uploading the crops to gs://cellmap-challenge-ground-truth-fake/ground_truth.zarr
