Feature Request

Support for the limits of the AWS Glue service.

Feature Description

I am especially interested in checking the usage of the following Quotas:

Max concurrent job runs per account
Max concurrent job runs per job
Max connection per account
Max dpus per dev endpoint
Max functions per account
Max functions per database
Max jobs per account
Max jobs per trigger
Max task dpus per account
Max triggers per account
Number of crawlers per account
Number of crawlers running concurrently per account
Number of machine learning transforms
Number of workflows
Total concurrent machine learning task runs for transforms per account

Testing Assistance

I will be able to assist in testing the pre-release code for the feature.
