It would be nice if admin_topics.go AddTopic supported A topic configuration map that would initialize the topic with A configuration.

For example, this would be useful for creating compacted topics (cleanup.policy=compact)

Sarama has support for ConfigurationEntries: map[string]*string within TopicDetail
