Hi. The script was working great when I last used it about 2 weeks ago. Tried again today and it doesn't work on any page I've visited. This includes pages I tested 2 weeks ago.

I'm having this problem using Chrome, Firefox, and Opera.

Sorry to hear this folks. I am sorry to say that we don't have bandwidth to work on Tota11y and it is likely to take non-trivial effort to get things up-to-date. I recommend using a browser extension such as Accessibility Insights for Web. I know it's not the same as embedding into the site and is not supported in as many browsers; it is however, currently maintained and up-to-date.

There are also addons for Firefox which can embed Tota11y into the page which continue to work.

I had this issue when using Tota11y as a bookmark.

The inspector has error like this:

Content Security Policy: The page’s settings blocked the loading of a resource at https://khan.github.io/tota11y/dist/tota11y.min.js (“script-src”).

As the browser does not allowing scripts to be loaded from other sources.

The only solution to this is not using a bookmark but as a browser plugin, as stated by @Skeletonxf
