Misc Admin Bugs

Fix the following bugs in the Admin UIs:

• SourceMapping - when adding a new mapping always goes back to the original mapping
• SourceMapping - order of Sources is odd
• Place - loading the page with a URL id value does not work
• onDirty check for Save is generally broken across most Admin pages
• FilterField - delete item, still show in word list after deletion until page is refreshed
• Gall Undescribed - after generating name ask AddNew? and is confusing
• All Pages - validation of data is absent or needs a check over - only Source was partially done
