The SAIL bindings haven't been tested, and are currently broken. This will be solved. Eventually. Code to interface to Fortran needs to be changed to use proper binding subroutine.

1. You can now ask for directional reflectance factor, bihemispherical reflectance, DHR for both SAIL and PROSAIL.
2. You can either provide a soil reflectance spectrum, or use the wet/dry soil model. It's easy thus for the user to provide a soil model (provided the soil reflectance is assumed Lambertian).
3. The main canopy model calls have been a bit streamlined, with better defaults. This makes them incompatible with earlier versions.
