How to use debug mode?

Hi,
I'm trying to use debug mode in my project. I followed the instructions at https://github.com/jgromes/RadioLib/wiki/Debug-mode but the debug information is not showing on the serial
Here is my code:

I am using ESP32-C3 with SX1268

From the wiki page: "To enable debug, you can go to the BuildOptUser.h file" (instead of defining it above the include).

Thank you for your answer. But I have uncommented in BuildOptUser.h before following the instructions from wiki but it still cannot show debug
