lab idea: maybe we should suggest clean_names at the beginning that way they don't have to bother with the numeric column names later too

I wonder if showing the y~x-1 slide should be an extra slide? (might be confusing for beginners but it is cool )

for the ice cream data, we should maybe switch out recode for case_when, since we don't go over recode
