Problems when a confederate or a judge waits before validating a message box #18

If a confederate or a judge is waiting a too long time (about more than 30s) before validating a message box, there is some bugs. For example, for the message "Round has started" to judge, confederate and AI cannot send messages to judge, althought judge can send messages to confederate and AI.

This is a tricky one, information on timeouts in socket.io is unclear (which I assume is what is causing the issue); in the tournament, I'll make sure people don't hang around too long before validating the messages.

New round and Start round are informational only for the clients.
The alert button is locking the client and timing out the socket.

Don't use alert, instead post to the message window.
