remove index.html in the map file

The urls in the map file contain index.html. However, urls generated by hexo don't contain index.html.

https://jiangtj.com/index.html 访问的是同样的内容，我也不懂，map里index.html是否会有影响，这个url是workbox-build根据public文件夹下的html文件生成的
