In Moodle currently there are several places with the same OAuth libraries like in your plugin so conflict is possible. Would you consider modifying your copy of OAuth and placing it in namespace. That way any conflicts could be easily avoided until http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-30149 is actually implemented. Thanks.
