update to new format required by IgnorePlugin #36

new webpack.IgnorePlugin({
  resourceRegExp: /^\.\/locale$/,
  contextRegExp: /moment$/,
});

this is new syntax when using webpack ignore plugin, would be helpful to update your example with the latest.
