Floating Window with only a few Tasks + Timer

I'd like to suggest some Button that starts a way smaller SP Interface that gives an option to be always on top, has only the top most Tasks (something like 3 or 5 maybe?) and supports the different Timer Options.
And potentially some limited notes?
It should also be configurable if launching this Windows minimizes the main Window.

I like the current Interface for creating and managing Tasks, but when I work on the tasks my Screen often times fills up with Browser and App Windows, but I still want 1. The constant Visual Reminder 2. some overview of what comes next, or some info related to my current Task (like Subtasks or Notes)

I'm aware of 3978# but believe it's different from my suggestion, just having the main Window on Top seems too bulky.
I'm asking for a new Window or a special GUI Mode that's tog gable and specially designed for this Purpose, if I shrink down the current Window, there's a lot of Stuff that's unneeded for this purpose and takes up place
