Missing features on Mac app

Hey,

First, it's an awesome app, you are doing great work Johannes! It's a kind of app I was always looking for.

I have downloaded the app from the app store on mac and it looks it's missing some features. I was looking what could be wrong, but couldn't find anything about it.

First, the "Advanced" in menu is not appearing on tasks and I can't make any task recurring.

Also, there's no switch to dark mode. I thought maybe you have removed it, since there's a feature to change colors for each project individually, which is great, but it would be awesome to be able to switch to dark or at least change the default color for all the projects/windows at once. (Also quick note, when the color is light, some texts could revert to dark color as they become almost invisible then.)

Other thing, I have added a note and I noticed it's gone now. Just a question, are they appearing for that day only? Is there any place to find old/removed notes?

You need to hover a task and then click the little speech bubble. Alternatively you can also focus a task via the keyboard (indicated by the colored border) and then press the right key.

Also, there's no switch to dark mode.

On mac the system setting for this is used.

Other thing, I have added a note and I noticed it's gone now. Just a question, are they appearing for that day only? Is there any place to find old/removed notes?

Notes are handled on a project level. So you need to reselect the project you created them in.

Got it, thank you for your reply! It would be awesome to have a detailed documentation/FAQ for all of this. Let's see if I find time to help out on it or someone else do this!

One more thing, pomodoro implementation is great. I see it's impossible to make it start break manually, which I am already getting used to, as it's a great way to just take a break no matter what. But sometimes it may be necessary. As so as having an option to have the window popup, because sometimes I just don't feel when the break has started. I think that happens for many devs :))
Also the Break Timer doesn't reset after the break. It could reset automatically when clicking "Continue Working" after break on pomodoro.

Anyway it's awesome what we already have. Thanks again for your great work!

Yes, a better documentation would be nice. I probably won't find the time to keep one up to date myself, but there is an open issue in case you would like to chip in some bits :)
