Describe the feature

Hey, just making this to discuss the possibility of expanding the modules scope.

This is one of my go-to modules to recommend when someone is struggling to get some extra performance out of their Nuxt app. (with Nuxt Fonts & Nuxt Scripts).

While the features it provides are focused just on LCP, there are a number of other vital web metrics that have opportunities for improvement through a module.

For example:

• INP: experimental.navigationRepaint https://github.com/nuxt/nuxt/pull/27743/files
• Misc: Enabling headNext
• TTFB: Adding server event timings
• (can think of some more if it's useful)

The module could be renamed to nuxt-speedup or nuxt-webvital-speedup.

This is extra work and maintenance so completely understand if this isn't something you're interested in. I may be interested in helping out once Nuxt Scripts is done.

Hey Harlan, thanks for the suggestions! I love them. All of them. 🙂 I'll keep them in mind and maybe implement some of them later when I have the time. Sure, feel free to join the module development!

For now, I have renamed the module to nuxt-vitalizer in preparation for future additions. 🙌
