Help please

I want to create software for my nutrition counseling business. It needs to have a booking function with the ability to generate a pdf daily diary for bookings tasks and events that day, it needs to have a client function that I search, view, add and delete clients, an accounting function that allows for invoicing, inventory management, accounts payable and accounts receivable and payroll functionality, it needs to have a user management function that I can add delete and manage access to each function of the program and it needs to be software that can be installed on either a windows computer or a Mac. It will need to be able to run on any network and be able to run locally without internet if internet connection drops out or no internet is available. I also want to integrate square payments so I can take payments with my square reader. I have made several attempts to do this and every time it just doesn't work for me. I have limited coding knowledge and have done my best to try to learn but it becomes foreign. Hoping to find some fellow coders who may be able to assist me with this in this. And happy for credit of work to be given to anyone who has assisted with this.
