Is there an existing issue for this?

The issue occurs in the following browsers. Select at least 2.

  • Firefox
  • Chrome
  • Edge
  • Safari (unsupported) - PRs welcome
  • N/A - This is an issue with the backend

Current Behavior

I´ve installed the addon of NetAlertX in Homeassistant. Everything runs ok but when I try to edit some client in web interface appears the "401: Unauthorized" and after that nothing more occurs. I need to restart the addon to back to see data.

Expected Behavior

Click and can edit data from the client

  • I have read and followed the steps in the wiki link above and provided the required debug logs and the log section covers the time when the issue occurs.

Hi @caiovianabr ,

Thanks for the report. Which version of the plugin do you have? I think this might be resolved in the latest (25.1.14) addon version.

A workaround is to directly access :20211 or clearing cookies.

That being said - the ingress mode (accessing the app via the left menu) is work in progress:

alexbelgium/hassio-addons#1724

I'd recommend to use :20211 for the time being. I'll update this issue once this is resolved.
