This is a bigger issue that will come with a lot of smaller tasks:

Set up some sort of cloud based data storage (low cost ... will only need a few GB for now). Later we will also need a vector database and potentially more storage so let's be smart here.
Once the data scraper is written, build a functionality that runs it on a weekly/monthly basis automatically and writes new data into the data storage.
