counterspell was used in an arena with about 4 seconds left on omnibar counterspell cooldown display

If you're reporting about Retail, Mages have a talent that reduces their Counterspell by 4s if they successfully interrupt with it (I could make that duration the default) and Shifting Power will reduce the cooldown even more.
