ADDON_ACTION_FORBIDDEN & ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED Lua errors

Multiple lua usually whenever user takes a loading screen and after that he tries to click an item from their bag such as a Phial, etc. I will leave a screenshot will all the errors present since every single one has different behavior & cause.
These appear to be a problem only once per session most times. As long as user does a /reload, they never seem to happen again for a certain period of time.
