spells not being transparent when unused

Issue with spells being not transparent in the arena prep room. It will be fine the first match i log in and then the issue occurs in future prep rooms. Some other random issues I'll share a screenshot, the screenshot will show cooldowns not transparent as if they're on cd. ( I am in the prep room no reason why it shouldn't be transparent like all the other spells.) Not even mentioning that there's a target highlight on them when I can't even target enemies yet. Plz help.

(these are my settings and transparency for unused is set to 45%)
