When using mod_wsgi and WSGIScriptAlias is different from "/", all the django urls should start this prefix. This should be automatically done when using the reverse function and apparently you use it (since you use the "url" template tag, but it's not working for some reason.
Are you still maintening this project? I see many opened pull requests that should be trivial to merge.
