bad dates in "Builds" page #298

On the Builds page in staging, one of the created dates is displayed as "0000-12-31" which is not correct. The results when selecting between different Statuses is also not correct - some builds are not listed in "not started" when they are, and some builds that are not started are included when they should not be.

This was caused by a bad timestamp in the database, that I have fixed.
