Feature Request: Add Ethernet/IP Source

Need to add Ethermet/IP source, we can use the same driver that https://github.com/joyja/tentacle uses to start with: https://www.npmjs.com/package/ethernet-ip

We may want to bring this https://github.com/joyja/tentacle-ethernet-ip to the point where it can be incorporated, because it has Browse functions added to the original ethernet-ip library.
