Adding staging support

Hi!

It could be useful to have a fbrnch flag or command (similar to fedpkg-stage) which interacts with Fedora staging.

To avoid duplicating code, fbrnch could also just look at the command which is typed, and if it finds fbrnch-stage, it switches a flag internally. And the fbrnch-stage binary would only be a symlink to fbnrch.

Ah I see fedpkg-stage is a separate package: I haven't really played with it.

Which stage services do you want it to target?

• dunno if bugzilla is relevant or maybe orthogonal here: I can't find the beta instance
