Create storage file for patches

Korg Volca and other other synths can have certain settings changed i.e.: lfo rate, sustain via control change messages.

Changing these settings to certain values, creates a certain sound, this is called a patch. We need to be able to store these patches in files to be shared, and loaded at a future date.

This proposal is to use Yaml to store these patches.
