Recording in WAV mode first track does not get saved #476

In lieu of the 320 MP3 mode dropping back to 160 MP3 I started recording in WAV mode but notice the first track never gets saved

In addition to the above duplicate numbers are issued altering often altering the sequence of the playlist or album
