Describe the bug
Si le Chauffage est collectif ou le DPE généré à partir du DPE immeuble, la conso CH doit être proratisée à l'appartement.

  • Soit en virtualisant le générateur CH et calcul de la conso pour l'appartement
  • Soit en calculant la conso immeuble et application du prorata pour l’appartement
