Describe the bug (actual behavior)

In the 0ad8695 commit, the documentation/compose/scripts directory with the .sh scripts has been removed, but the yaml files in the documentation/compose directory still contain references to these scripts.
There will be an error when starting the kafka container.

Expected behavior
