Add Sphinx documentation page to latex-beamer-theme

Would be nice to have a custom web-page that allows for easier searching.
Could also embed the PDF files with: https://github.com/SuperKogito/sphinxcontrib-pdfembed
Although, I would rather have that re-written for a more modern style.
