Show percentages for WALS vs. CALS feature charts #48

For the charts on the pages under this one, I'd like to see an option to switch between absolute numbers and percentages relative to the total number of (nat|con)langs. This would make it easier to compare how common a certain feature is (roughly) in conlangs versus in natlangs.
