Ingest the historical Tomorrow.io data to fix the error in #354

We need to split the API calls for all Grid data that we have because we're going to hit daily limit 50K when the current ingestor still running.

For this ticket, we will need to update the ingestor to use Grid's centroid to pull the data as well.
