It appears that as of today on Windows 10 (64-bit) on version 1809, either has broke, or multi-monitor support was never added. Could you please work on trying to implement this?

I'm busy now. Can you find a Win32 open source screensaver that supports multi-monitor?

I assume you just want to take a look at the code to try an implement it into yours?
