A set of Java command line tools for maniuplating high-throughput sequencing data (HTS) data and formats.
Picard is implemented using the HTSJDK Java libraryHTSJDK, supporting acce accessing of common file formats, such as SAM and VCF, used for high-throughput sequencing data.
