Argo CD Application: If both k8s yaml and main.k exist in the path, the k8s yaml will be deleted by main.k

1. Minimal reproduce step (Required)

The Argo CD Application source path property points to the k8s.yaml and main.k folders.
k8s.yaml will be deleted by the kcl plugin.

2. What did you expect to see? (Required)

Both ks8.yaml and main.k were compiled and deployed successfully.

3. What did you see instead (Required)

Only the kcl compiled resources will be retained, and the native k8s yaml resources will be deleted.

4. What is your KCL components version? (Required)
