infra: Build binaries for multiple platforms for releases. #10

Description

Build Cashubrew binaries for easy installation on different platforms.

There is a non working draft workflow for this: https://github.com/keep-starknet-strange/cashubrew/blob/main/.github/workflows/build-binaries.yml

Goal is then to be able to install Cashubrew from those binaries with:

curl --proto 'https' --tlsv1.2 -sSf https://sh.cashubrew.app | sh

Install script has been initialised here: https://github.com/keep-starknet-strange/cashubrew/blob/main/install.sh
