Improvement request: Enable/disable toggle for the Sprint Goal tab, per project, please

I work in an organsisation where there's some team using the Goal widget, and some that don't (they already use some other arrangement). The presence of the Goals tab for those who don't use it now complicates the user interface.
There's a place for this kind of toggle setting in the azure-develop project-Admin UI.
