Please add a feature to optionally rewrite the link text too; for example:

pattern: (\d{12}),(\w+)
sample: 0123456789AB,Admin
href: https://isengard.amazon.com/federate?account=$1&role=$2
- resolves to: https://isengard.amazon.com/federate?account=0123456789AB&role=Admin
text: aws($2)@($a)
- resolves to: aws(Admin@0123456789AB)
final resulting link (as markdown to convey the idea):
- resolves to: [aws(Admin@0123456789AB)](https://isengard.amazon.com/federate?account=0123456789AB&role=Admin)

Optionally, allowing a prefix or suffix icon to the link, or pulling down the favicon, would be bonus.
