tail -f or tail -F

Hi Ken,

Love this software and have been using it for ages. Seems to not like running 24/7 and loses its ability to follow the logs overnight.

I'm not really familiar with writing programmes such as this but wonder if its because there's a tail -f command rather than tail -F in the code?

Just a theory but wondered if that made sense?
