Output current output as Swagger #2

Looking to take the current, basic output capabilities of this tool and do that in Swagger. Right now it just does standard output.

This library has a mapping of the Swagger spec to Java objects, and once that's all set up, we should be able to output JSON that meets the spec.

Actually we should look at OpenAPI 3.0 (Swagger site only goes to 2.0, Swagger is now Open API apparently)
