In case the Keycard Cash is the owner of the wallet contract, on a web3 browser the user should be allowed (encouraged) to transfer ownership to the Keycard Wallet or any other EOA. One of the main reasons is that the Keycard Cash keys cannot be backed up, so losing the Keycard when the cash applet is the owner of the wallet means losing the wallet.
This will require using the payment request screen to sign the tx, however the data won't be an EIP-712 transaction.
transfering ownership from an EOA othern than cash applet to another EOA is a different task since it doesn't involve any special mechanisms to sign the transaction.
