On ios16.1.2,iPhone 12,The ui do become iPad’ui,but there’s no toggle stage manager in shortcut

I think the MobileGestalt key on MDC versions is different since Apple used to lock down external display support.
Please go to /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/Settings/DisplayAndBrightnessSettings.framework/HomeScreenPad.plist, find DBSMultitaskingContinuousExposeController and check requiredCapabilities

Actually you can use controlconfig app to enable stage manager toggle in control center
