Stage Manager not enabling and CC broken on iPhone 8, 16.2 #9

I’ve installed the deb and it gives me the iPad layout and dock but doing the extra steps for stage manager does nothing. I respringed and rebooted but the option won’t show in settings or shortcuts. Also, the control center doesn’t work at all, no matter where I swipe from.

I’m unsure about early iOS 16 versions, maybe try fbpzGGoBNcvDLt4LlZGnfA (DeviceSupportsSingleDisplayEnhancedMultitasking) instead?
