Integration test - run ingest for a test study

With the upgrades in #612 coming up, we really need to have thorough testing to ensure that the API is working as expected. After the service is deployed we should have an integration test which does the following:

• Create a test study
• Ingest data into the study (make sure it hits every endpoint)
• Run ingest again to test update
• Query the service to ensure ingest worked
• Delete the test study
