isort/autopep8 fail during setup

The following code

echo "- Autopep8"
find . -type f -name '*.py' -not -path './.*' -exec autopep8 --aggressive --in-place {} \;
echo "- Sorting imports in Python files"
find . -type f -name '*.py' -not -path './.*' -exec isort --atomic {} \;

Fails to run, autopep8/isort are not found despite them being installed. This is most likely due to a path issue.

They are installed further up the script:

    if ! [[ $(which autopep8) ]] ; then
        # Install Autopep8
        echo "- Installing Autopep8"
        pip3 install --user autopep8
    fi

    if ! [[ $(which isort) ]] ; then
        # Install Isort
        echo "- Installing Isort"
        pip3 install --user isort
