uploader断点续传问题 #167

认真阅读了文档都没有找到有关uploader组件断点续传的任何配置说明。

另外，在IOS8（iphone4s）及安卓（4.4/5.0）实测视频文件上传会卡死情况。即处于正在上传的状态，状态条不动。测试的版本是 3.0.2。

请教下剑平，如何配置uploader分片式上传？
