After player joined as a spectator and then teleported to a previous (main, not a hunger games) world, he still can fly in that world.

I think this has been fixed in the latest builds

If a player is (Techinally) still spectating, then it is not a bug.

It's a flaw then, because players can fly around with this even after game has ended.
