Hello, is there any way I could get a confirmation about payments that have been sent to my generated QR code? So I can programmatically confirm orders on my website for example?

There is no way to get automatic confirmation of payment for the personal account. You can use QR payment for merchant from any bank such as KBANK, SCB, they will send webhook callback when payment confirmed.
