I don't know how to install this with pycharm

Hello, I would like to use this with my pycharm project, but I can't add it due to a lack of a setup.py and if I add it into the directory manually, it won't detect it. I know this is very old, but I would appreciate it if you could help

1. goto pyrcharm, and from bottom menu click terminal
2. pip install kivy-garden
3. garden install joystick
